LANDSCAPE DESIGN PROCESS
INITIAL SITE MEETING: During the initial site meeting we will walk through your property exchanging ideas on your project. I will bring a portfolio of landscape plans and pictures of completed jobs to get the ideas flowing. I will give you a price for the design and a 50% deposit will be required to get you on the schedule to start the project. A plot plan or septic plan will be very helpful if you have one. I will measure, take grades, pictures and videos of the property once you have given me the go ahead.
PLAN REVIEW MEETING: The plan review meeting will consist of reviewing the color landscape plan and plant pictures. We will walk the property with the plan so you will have a total understanding of the project. We can mark up the black and white plan with any changes, edits or notes as needed. If you have chosen the 3D animation option that will be reviewed as well. PDF’s and mp4’s of the 3D will be provided to you at this time. The remaining payment is due the day you receive the design.
PLAN REVISION MEETING: If there is a need for a plan revision meeting we can meet on site or have a phone or zoom meeting to review the final plan. Revised PDF’s and mp4’s of the 3D will be provided to you at this time.
